Tutor’s Teaching Background

I am a SMU graduate with more than 4 years of teaching experience. I am patient, and constantly try to tailor my teaching methods to each individual student. My primary differentiator is my approach to classes. I like to approach classes in a friendly and light-hearted way, ensuring that the student is comfortable before anything else. I want my students to see me as a senior/ role model, rather than just a teacher. Over the years of teaching, I truly enjoyed bonding and passing down my knowledge to my students. My teaching has delivered results for my students.

1) NT student was promoted to NA stream after 6 months of teaching by me. (Sec 1 Math & Science)

2) Primary 6 student scored an A (band 1) for PSLE math. (Taught since P5)

3) Sec 3 AMath student jumped from a B4 (Sec 2 EOY) to A1 (Sec 3 WA1). Taught for 3 months since January.
